ECWA Heavyweight Champion Sean Carr defends title against Azriel

Carr-Azrieal Main Event set for Sat December 3

It’s the holiday season at ECWA! Saturday December 3 is a special day for all involved in the company… it’s the fifth annual ‘Toys for Tots’ show benefiting the US Marines and their toy drive to help underprivileged children. Of course, the ECWA is collecting NEW, UNWRAPPED toys to help out and we need you to do your part! We even have a special appearance by Santa Claus himself for all the kids to enjoy! The end of the night however is the biggest main event of 2016 and quite possibly the last few years. Fitting it would happen during the jolliest time of year.

Sean Carr has been the ECWA Heavyweight Champion for a very long time… in fact, he’s slowly closing in Papadon’s all time record of 560+ days. During that time, he’s ruffled quite a few feathers among the fan base and management. He’s assaulted staff and every opponent with his patented Super Kick. The entire roster is ready to take their shot at ‘Big Red’.

Enter the ECWA Mid Atlantic Champion Azrieal. The PCA hasn’t exactly made any friends either in the company themselves but when management set out to make a main event unlike any other in ECWA history of course controversy followed suit. At the last show it was supposed to be a Main Event for the ages… Sean Carr would defend his Heavyweight Championship against Azrieal in a Champion vs. Champion match where the winner would have all the bragging rights and the championship belt to prove it. However after a series of miscommunications and questionable decisions, Sean Carr could not make it to the show. It’s been well documented how everyone, including fans, feels about that whole scenario.

Azrieal was ready for a fight anyhow and defended his Mid Atlantic Championship declaring himself the only REAL champion in the ECWA. After emerging victorious against Chuck Payne, he demanded ECWA booker Joe Zanolle come to the ring and either strip Carr of the belt and declare him Heavyweight Champion or give him the main event title match he was promised.

As much as it pained Zanolle to give in to the PCA, he agreed that Azrieal deserved his shot. And so the match is official and happening THIS SATURDAY at ‘Toys for Tots’!

It will be the ECWA Heavyweight Champion Sean Carr defending against the ECWA Mid Atlantic Champion Azrieal in a HUGE CHAMPION VS. CHAMPION main event with ‘Big Red’ on the line!

There’s HUGE buzz about this match. And the crowd is going to be WHITE HOT! Carr has already declared he’s ready to Super Kick everyone, fans included, in order to walk out with his Heavyweight Championship. Azrieal has been the most confident he’s ever been and it sure looks like he’s ready for war in all shapes and forms!

What will happen in this explosive confrontation?

Can Sean Carr dispose of the last real threat to his title reign? Will he finally be the one to kill Papadon’s streak?

Or will Azrieal prove once again he’s a deadly force and ready to take the reigns of the whole company?

Find out all this and more!
