Adam Cole returns to the ECWA “Raising the Bar” on June 2nd in Newark, Delaware as he goes for the oldest heavyweight championship in all of independent professional wrestling, the ECWA Heavyweight Championship, currently held by “Greek God” Papadon. On June 2nd, Papadon will  be celebrating his 456th day as ECWA Champion. Aside from that, Papadon is also on a confidence high as he won the 2012 ECWA Super 8 Tournament on Apr 7th and was inducted into the ECWA Hall of Fame on May 5th.

Papadon has faced and defeated many, many tough challengers including Tommaso Ciampa, Chris Wyle, Kekoa, Johnny Silver, Bobby Fish, Tony Nese, Aden Chambers, Bandido Jr and many more. Adam Cole recently defeated former ROH Champion Davey Richards via pinfall in a tag team match and is a 2011 ECWA Super Finalist himself.
